Sh. Ram Kumar
Sh. Ram Kumar is the proprietor of the firm. He is having more than 7 years of work experience in the field of Income Tax, Company RoC, Company Law matters & Indirect Taxation.
He also completed his 3 years CA training in a reputed CA firm of Delhi, where he gained the knowledge about audits & taxation of Trusts/Societies/Section 8 Companies. He traveled for more than 15 states during his audit period.
During his training period he did audits of more than 50 NGOs, These NGOs were funded by Tata Trust/CRY/Dell Foundation.
He did his CA training in the guidance of a Chartered Accountant, who was having more than 25 years of work experience of audit and taxation of NGOs.

Sh. Dheeraj Sharma
He is the key person to the organization. He completed his BBA in 2013 and MBA in the year 2015. He worked as senior accountant at Shimla Automobile Pvt Ltd and worked at a CA Firm of Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. He also work as filed officer at HDFC Bank Kullu Himachal Pradesh.
He joined us in the year 2017. He is handling the administration of the office and marketing for the organization. He has a versatile experience in the field of Accounts and Company RoC.

CA Dinesh Kumar
Sh. Dinesh Kumar qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 2011. After qulifying as Chartered Accountant he joined big four CA Firm and then he decided to do his individual practice.
We take his advises on matters of Income Tax & GST. He helps us on complex Income Tax and GST problems.
